Ingredients
3 potatoes (cut in thin rounds as shown in the image)
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup american sweet corn (boiled)
1 tbs butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tbs white flour
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper
How to cook
1. Boil the potatoes, till they are tender. Make sure they are not mushy or over cooked.
2. Take a microwave safe dish and stack the potatoes adding salt and pepper on the potatoes.
3. In a bowl mix corn, onions, capsicums and add salt and pepper to it.
4. For cooking the white sauce, In a pan add Butter. Once the butter melts add white flour and saute
5. Add milk. Once the
milk thickens add fresh cream to the pan.
6. Add salt and pepper.
7. Add the corn, onions and capsicum mixture over the potatoes.
8. Pour sauce over it.
9. Cover the dish with mozzarella cheese and bake at 220 degree centigrade for about 25 mins or till the cheese melts
and turns slightly brownish on sides.
