PITA SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

4 PITA BREADS
1 CUP HUMMUS
1 FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO
1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR (IF UNABLE USE LEMON JUICE)
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1/2 TSP SALT AND RED CHILI
1 TBSP PARSLEY OR CORIANDER

RECIPE:

1) IN A BOWL ADD ALL INGREDIENTS OTHER THAN PITA AND HUMMUS AND MIX WELL.
2)WARM THE PITA IN A PAN.
3) IN TO THE PITA, SPREAD SOME HUMMUS.
4) ON TOP OF THE HUMMUS PUT THE TOMATO ONION MIX
5)SERVE WITH FRENCH FRIES.

NOTE: BROWN BREAD OR ANY OTHER BREAD CAN BE USED IN PLACE OF PITA BREAD.
